Debra
Debra graduated with honors from Advanced Career Training in 1994 as a Certified Medical Assistant. She completed her internship with Kaiser Permanente. Then joined their team working in Pediatrics and Cardiology. In 1995, she was offered an opportunity to join For Eyes Optical. She began as a book keeper, and within a year she became a Retail Manager. Her critical thinking and leaderships skills impacted the business with outstanding drive and commitment she was promoted to a multi-store manager in 1998.
In 2000, she was promoted to Atlanta's District Operations Manager. With her strategic Planning - Focusing on improving the performance, not explaining a lack of it. She grew the district profits by identifying business needs and established a course of action for short and long term.In 2005, she was selected by the CEO Jeffrey Martin to join the Leadership and Development Program in Miami, Florida. This program was a series of in-depth training of how the lab operates, Human Resources training, finance, intellectual property management, supply chain, and marketing.In 2010 she earned her Certified Contact Lens Technician with National Contact Lens Examiners and her Certified Optician with The American Board of Opticianry. In 2017, Debra completed a training course with Luxottica, this expanded her knowledge in frame manufacturing and Vision Benefits. In her completion, Luxottica appointed Debra to Captain for the Atlanta area for all Eyemed Vision Events. 2017 she also joined the Training and Development Board as part of the Board Committee. November 2017 she left ForEyes Optical to join Reagin Optometric Group. Her mission is to: Attentively listening and offering personalized solutions for our patients individual needs while delivering effective, efficient, and respectful service.
Debra enjoys spending time with her 2 grandsons, photography, and spending time out doors enjoying nature.
